The Strategic Programs office of Dynetics Technical Solutions, Inc. (DTS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Dynetics, Inc., is seeking a qualified GPS Engineer for its hypersonics line of business. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics Technical Solutions provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.The successful candidate will serve as a Global Positioning System (GPS) Engineer that will support GPS receiver simulation, operation and testing leading to production of Hypersonic Glide Bodies (HGB). Specific duties may encompass procurement, integration, and test of flight hardware along with developing test equipment and tools for supporting hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) equipment to include RF components. Review of GPS related drawings and work instructions as well as resolving data gaps and derive requirements in support of HGB technical data packages and test documents. Assist in preparation of request for proposals to support component procurement, SAASM approvals, manufacturing support circuitry, quality assessment, acceptance test requirements and related documentation. Support/oversee development of test equipment and test processes as well as review test data to include setup/operation of programming test equipment and working with other IPT areas to collect and review data. Support production operations to include troubleshooting and onsite repairs/rework. Work will be conducted in an integration/production facility along with a laboratory environment.
